Overview:
REMPREX provides general engineering support for the operation and maintenance, as well as capital improvements, of the 350-acre BNSF Corwith intermodal facility. The responsibilities and duties associated with the general engineering support vary widely based upon the specific needs at any given time. REMPREX provides consultation and oversight for all significant site activities that involve utilities, pavement, and structures, and is responsible for design, construction, and coordination for projects with BNSF maintenance of way, telecommunications, intermodal operations, and transportation staff.

In addition to as-ordered services, REMPREX also provides for the reoccurring annual capital improvement projects in the yard, which vary in size and scope each year depending on available capital funds and work proposed. The work can encompass asphalt paving, concrete paving, storm sewer repair or replacement, electrical improvements, or telecommunications improvements.
