REMPREX AGS TECHNICIAN
REMPREX, LLC seeks a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to operate the AGS (Automated Gate System) console. This position will conduct visual inspection of digital images of units, checking for damages, verifying unit and driver credentials, and monitoring compliance with safety regulations. The technician must verify that all unit information is correct. Under direction from his/her supervisor, the AGS tech will perform daily AGS hardware cleaning and maintenance. This technician will provide prompt and courteous service to all drivers who require assistance. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and will thrive in a fast paced environment. TSG SUPPORT TECHNICIAN II
REMPREX, LLC seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented problem solver to join our TSG. This position will provide level II support for the automated gate systems used in the intermodal industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting distributed systems: MS Windows 2003; MS Exchange, Enterprise Security, Active Directory, Internet Information Services.
