A forced door, door held, glass break, motion detection, or any type of activated trigger can initiate a camera call to the event location, prompting the immediate attention and response of our operators. An unlimited number of triggers can be utilized to help monitor things such as drawers, doors, and cash-boxes. Each trigger can be associated to one or more cameras causing frame rates and video quality factors to automatically adjust while the trigger is active.

Reporting
By constantly archiving the video data gathered, Remprex R-Guardian helps ensure that corporate policies and procedures are being followed. This data can also be used to discover access by unauthorized individuals or patterns of suspicious repetitive entry and activity. Our services provide the ability to create standard real time incident reporting and streaming video. This content is shared with our client contacts and/or responding agencies immediately following an event.
On the Go
The Live View functionality of the R-Guardian system is available for most mobile devices. If you have an iPhone, Pocket PC, or other mobile device with an internet connection, you can view your cameras while on the go.
Remote Video Guard Tours
Remote Video Guard Tours are tailored specific to your business requirements and are executed within exacting tolerances. On schedule or at random intervals, the Remote Video Guard Tour is designed to “spot check” entire locations and to help secure high-risk areas and those areas with little and/or no supervision.
Each pre-defined guard tour is augmented with an audited “checklist” of required observations. As the operator executes the guard tour, the checklist is completed and subsequently audited and verified by a supervisor.
The results of each Guard Tour are immediately available for inspection via the R-Guardian Account Control Panel web application.
Remote Security Intervention
When a “Trigger” (panic device) is activated, or when the need for intervention becomes evident through monitoring, one of our highly trained operators will provide immediate assistance through the use of two-way audio. This feature greatly reduces your chances of having a false alarm and enables more accurate emergency dispatch. Additionally, the two-way voice feature works great in combination with medical dispatch since our central monitoring station is able to speak directly with the parties involved.
For additional security, live, remote assistance is also available to assist and monitor openings, closings, and access to secure areas or assets. This option greatly reduces theft while helping to safeguard your employees and customers.
Off-Site Video Storage
Recorded video is stored on our secure servers at Remprex state-of-the-art Network Operating Centers (NOC) located in Chicago, Illinois and Charlotte, North Carolina. These two secured sites are home to several redundant servers which are dedicated to the safe and efficient storage of your valuable surveillance video.
